FAKE. To many variables to consider, winds, the exact amount of laow friction on the slide, aerodynamics, if he puts his arms or legs one way or another, small size of target pool, small water dept in pool, etc.

Fake, because that pool is way too shallow for him to fall in at that speed/height and still get up and walk. He probably would have torn it apart on landing anyways.
Funny video though.
edit: and as one the comments on the youtube page says, he went warp speed towards the end of his jump.

Are you serious? I mean, really.
Why do people still make these videos? I guess I'll find out how funny they are next year when I start getting them from my dad and other people that forward those office humor videos to everyone on their contact list.

For starters the acceleration is all wrong, he maintains speed during the jump even going up the ramp, the ground under the slide would be too rough to go that speed and simple physics will tell u theres no way u would travel that far off that jump at that speed.
but i can see a lot of idiots trying this

LOL. And What if he didn't check for rocks under the slide. OUCH!
It looks pretty rocky all around him.

Dang it. I was hoping this thread was about boobs.
That said, this is fake. It if were real, the world would most likely have one more injured idiot in it.

Very tempted to call a fake on him...but what if he tried it with a dummy first? Same weight, same shape....look at where it lands, then put the pool there.

I've used a water slide before, albeit much smaller, and grass underneath it doesn't slow you one bit. He probably checked for rocks and things first....
I'm going with real. Terrifying, and stupid, but real

That wouldn't work. The slide's about 6 feet wide and pretty long, you would have to follow the exact same path on the slide or you wouldn't end up in the same place. Any shift in weight at all, like moving your arm or leg a tiny bit would throw you off track.

Because they are cool to look at and pretty funny.
The real sad part is why would anyone even think it's even real. In this case he would never build up enough speed to even make it up the ramp. He would just hit the bottom and stop.

That has to be fake.
No way would you get that acceleration and energy from sliding down a waterslide. About half way down the slide he magically speeds up.
