She sure can talk a good talk when it is written out for her. What about answering questions off the cuff.

Speaking as a member of the Washington DC based press, who used to cover politics for major publications.

And after attending an event with former Speaker of the House Newt Gringinch last night.

She is doing the correct thing, but letting that mystery build up on her. Newt argued that Obama hurt himself (and the poll numbers show it) by being so out in the press, such as Berlin. We (meaning the media and the places I used to work for) will jump on anything wrong she says.

She will 'hide' for a while and the media will talk about her, free press. Meanwhile, she is not saying anything that could damage her further.

She seems to be doing just fine popularity wise without talking to the same press that attacked her family. No point in talking when you are ahead. Let the media and the left keep boosting for her every attack makes her more likable.

But what about her stance on the issues? Is this a high school VP we are voting on, which is just based on popularity? The public, including her own supporters deserves to know what her stances are on the issues; because we still don't know what she thinks about the economy, foreign policy, etc.

Exactly,

The only people who are screaming for her to speak more are left wing nut-jobs who are trying to get their marxist canidate elected.

And those people will do and say anything to accomplish their goals.

Remember she only got her passport in 2007 that says a WHOLE lot about what if any foreign knowledge she brings to the proverbial table.

I disagree, as a Governor of a state with two foreign countries as neighbors. she has to have foreign knowledge/experience from her dealings with Canada and/or Russia.

It is clear this light weight VP candidate is not ready for the national stage. The other night, she read from a script crafted by a monger that was 75% attacking the other side, 20% praising McSame and 5% personal.

You didn't need to get a passport to travel to Canada until just recently anyway. I think you can still cross the land border anyway.

I believe that she and the Canadian government are both against this unneeded regulatory burden.

She got the Passport to visit her troops in Kuwait when the AKNG deployed. That is something Obama didn't feel like doing until it became a campaign issue.

Again you gloss over the fact that until she visited the troops she had no passport and thus no international travel under her belt or knowledge of anything Foreign.

She might be boning up on areas in which she is weak (foreign policy, etc.) Her interview from 2007 with CNBC's Maria Bartimeo (sp?) is worth a look, as it demonstrates to me that Ms. Palin knows the energy issues in Alaska, and how drilling in ANWR could be accomplished.

Will the Dems underestimate her the way they did with Reagan and GW Bush?

Of course that's true. But do you need a passport to have experience dealing with foreign neighbors like Russia and Canada?

Edit: Canada not China

Last time I checked you didn't need one to make a phone call, send a fax, or supervise an emissary.

That's the only kind of election she is accustomed to. She's won based on looks by a small tiny group of voters. More people voted in my high school election than in here small town election in Wasallia.
Come on Sarah, why are you being such a chicken?

We damn sure did, and don't you forget it! ! !
