I will shortly be going to Turkey on holiday and Mrs S will want to buy some jewellery as a souvenir. I know you have to haggle but I believe that most of their prices are based around the cost of gold and that they weight the item before they agree on a price.

Does anyone know how much I should pay per gramme? (Most of their gold is 14 K)
