Does anyone know if the Premium Economy seating on the VS 744s is on the upper deck? What is the seating configuration? Thanks very much!

Yes, it is on the upper deck. Seating is 2-2. There are 10 rows if I remember correctly. It is like flying on half a B733. There is a dedicated galley and crew up there. And the inflight entertainment is the best I have seen so far. I flew on G-VXLG (Ruby Tuesday). Enjoy your trip !
