I have become an avid plan watcher since I moved to YUL in Feb....my favorite place to watch the action is at a dirt parking lot on 55 Ave which offers an AWSOME view of all the activity on the south side main runway. However I was away for 3 weeks recently only to come back and see that they are doing work along side the runway and there is NO commercial traffic using this runway. Does anybody have any idea what they are doing and when it will be finished??? Hopefully soon!!
