Could anybody give me information, or tell me where I could get information, about the Spantax CV-990 that crash at Stockholm-Arlanda (Sweden) in 1970.

Best -but sad- regards, from

According to "Great Airliners Volume 1, Convair 880 and 990" by Jon Proctor, the aircraft was on a three engined ferry flight from Stockholm to Zurich carrying only the crew of 10. Shortly after take off in fog the aircraft crashed into a forest killing 5 of those on board. One of the cabin crew who was thrown from the aircraft crawled back into the wreckage to radio for help. The aircraft was EC-BNM, c/n 30-5-20 (msn 32).

I hope this is of some assistance.
