Hi,

I saw many great night pictures of Los Angeles Airport like this:

I know from another thread, it was taken from the roof level of parking area P3, but I couldn't locate it. Is it the Parking area right south of Terminal 3? Do I need a car to get up the roof or can I just go? Is the security a problem or is it allowed to spot from the roof level?
