Does contrail picture has to be perfectly in center as well? I am so confused. crazy

Center it left to right Jay but not up and down. The plane needs to be towards the bottom for the full contrail effect. Just in case you were wondering.

According the photographic rules no they don't.
I forgot whether it was lesson 1 or 2 but you did it perfectly right on the 1/3 line.
Having said that, A.net does not work according photographic rules which explains your problem.

There are some photographic rules that obviously can be applied to aviation photography.
This photo is moved to the right but if you had a motive on the left side of the pic the composition would be perfect ( another plane, the moon, etc )...
